We’re at an interesting time of the year right now if you’re looking to sell or if you’re looking to buy.

The market is hitting a plateau. Activity in some areas is starting to dip back down, but prices are not dipping. However, as activity declines, so too will prices. Those prices could also start coming down because of the season. The summer months are always a lull for the real estate market. So if you’re looking to sell, now is the time.
