What’s happening in our market as we head into September?   

If history is any indication, we should be in for a rebound. The dynamic of the buyer is about to change. We just went through a really slow summer, so if you’ve had your home on the market this whole time without any luck, you should know that the best times to sell are fall and spring.  

Remember—summer is the busiest time for closings, but it’s not the busiest time for new activity and new contracts.
