If you’ve decided to take your home off the market because of the holidays or any other reason, I have two important tips to share with you.

First, since the weather is still decent, get exterior photos done of your home along with cinematography if you haven’t done so already. You can worry about getting interior photos and finishing the rest of the shoot once your home is back on the market.

Second, remember that timing the market when you relist your home is vital. There’s a misconception regarding this fact in real estate, and I don’t want to tell everyone the secrets of when to list their home because there are very opportunistic times that arise.
