A Value-Adding Tip For Home Sellers

Today I have a tip you can use to gain an advantage as a seller in the market.

We have reached the summer months here in Chicagoland, and a lot of properties are selling well. The market is doing great for the moment, but there is a tip I want to provide you that will bring more value to your home.

My tip regards the exterior of your home:

If your property has been on the market for longer than expected, it is probably time to renew the exterior photos (and possibly your interior photos, as well).

My suggestion to you is to make sure your landscaping is jaw-droppingly beautiful. Add a variety of colors in the form of flowers and other plants. It will bring the aesthetic of your home up to a higher standard and appeal to a wider base of potential buyers. Even people who are driving by your home, like your neighbors, could be your biggest advocates.
