• Showings and hosting open houses. Enjoy a dynamic hybrid role that combines in-office work with on-the-field activities.

• Clear and effective communication. Handle all client communications, including emails, interactions, and scheduling.

• Real estate knowledge. Experience in real estate and a thorough understanding of MLS basics.

• Contract familiarity. Be knowledgeable about various contracts, including listing agreements, purchase contracts, addenda, and more.

• Client management. Manage showings, miscellaneous projects, and incoming leads while keeping clients updated.

• Process management. Understand timelines and ensure smooth operations throughout processes.

• Tech-savvy. Navigate the Google Suite and all CRMs and systems we use.

This role can be demanding, as real estate often operates 24/7. While we don’t expect you to always be on call, you must be available for evenings, early mornings, and weekends.
